Section 7
Matters to be considered while translating
: The commission will consider the following things while translating:-
(a) The Commission shall prepare a list of skilled translators for translation purposes. Such list will be updated by the commission from time to time. From among the listed translators, willing translators can be employed for translation work on a proportionate basis.
(b) The list of laws to be translated, the priority of the work related to translation, the workload and the amount allocated for that work, the Commission will determine the method and procedure of the work related to translation.
(c) Based on priority, workload and the need for immediate publication, the Commission may select a qualified translator through competition or negotiation to perform any translation work.
(d) When selecting a translator in this way, the time period in which the translation can be completed should be considered as the main basis.
(e) When carrying out work related to translation, the Commission may distribute the work according to the decision of the Secretary of the Commission or the officer appointed by him.
(f) The translated document submitted by the translator will be published on the website only after it has been tested and certified by the translation expert.
(g) After the translated document is uploaded on the website, it will be verified that it has been uploaded and the translator and examiner will be remunerated accordingly.
